Soul Food

For me, being in the kitchen is a wild experiment and collaboration between plants, nature, flavour and love. It’s where I am nostalgic, present and future focused. It's where the magic and wonder of the earth comes together in my hands and I realise how much access we have to nurture ourselves and heal through food; as well as make a difference to the planet.

I have hosted and cooked for several yoga retreats and completed formal training with The Vegan Chef School in London in 2021.
