I’m an accredited Integrative Psychotherapist (BACP) with 10 years of experience working with people from diverse backgrounds, ages, and identities. I offer support with a range of concerns including anxiety, grief and loss, low self-esteem, relationship issues, identity, and trauma.
I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space to talk through what’s going on for you. Our work together can support you to process your experiences, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful change in your life.
My approach is relational and non-directive. I don’t diagnose or give advice — instead, I work collaboratively, encouraging a deeper exploration of your inner world and life context.
I integrate psychodynamic and existential approaches.
Existential therapy is grounded in philosophical inquiry and explores fundamental human questions around meaning, freedom, responsibility, and mortality. This approach invites you to reflect on your values, choices, and sense of purpose — and to cultivate courage, acceptance, and clarity.
Psychodynamic therapy focuses on how early experiences, unconscious processes, and relational patterns shape how we feel and behave in the present. Together, we might explore recurring themes, emotions, dreams, and relational dynamics to help uncover what may be holding you back — and open space for insight, healing, and growth.
I am queer-allied, racial justice-allied, and committed to an inclusive, affirming practice that honours your unique identity and lived experience.
I offer a free initial 15 minute video call to connect and discuss working together. The first session is an opportunity for us to see if working together feels right for us both. Please email me to book an initial call: hello@sanctuarywithsarah.com
